360° views, south-facing, vineyards, forests, nine lakes, four waterfalls, pastures and a glacier, this is just some of the varied scenery that makes up the Crans-Montana region, and which provides a playground that is perfect for mountain bikers.
As for infrastructure, the expectations of mountain and cycling fans will be met too, as the cable cars are open 365 days a year, giving unlimited access to the mountains, a host of mountain restaurants and its many natural treasures.
The vast domain includes 77km of enduro and cross-country tracks for all levels, which are certified and signposted. There are no less than 11 routes, with a total vertical height drop of 2,350m.
Hiking
The huge diversity of natural scenery in the Crans-Montana region makes it a key destination for walking. From picturesque vineyards to green prairies irrigated by the ‘bisses’ (irrigation streams), forests and clear mountain lakes, the eternal snow of the glacier, passing by historic villages and mountain chalets, all that is left to do is to choose your route!
In all, a vast network made up of 320 km of signposted paths offers infinite possibilities for relaxing walks, or more demanding excursions. Those who enjoy hiking can recharge their batteries in natural surroundings, while enjoying the sunshine and panoramic views over the most beautiful peaks in the Alps.
Climbing
Indoor climbing
From beginners to advanced ,The Crans-Montana Climbing Wall is located in the Moubra tennis centre. It has a 500m2 wall and a 150m2 boulder area. Routes lead up to a height of 13.5 metres, from 4C to 8A, there are almost sixty different routes on the climbing wall and around forty routes in the boulder area.
Outdoor climbing
The valais cliffs are unique with breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps. Accessible to intermediate - advanced levels.
Wakeboard
Spend a magical moment on the water with the Crans-montana wake park located at 1500m. Fun and adrenaline under control and safety.
Tree Climbing / Accrobranch
Adventure park in the trees, games and fun for the whole family, in a magical setting on Lac de la Moubra.
Tennis
